I’m Lotta, splitting my time between ​Helsinki and Marseille, known for my ​adaptable, open, and curious nature. ​With skills in business development, ​project management and ​communications, I thrive in dynamic ​environments. While I embody Finnish ​traits like diligence and responsibility, ​I bring a flexible, positive approach to ​everything I take on, contributing ​meaningfully across diverse roles.

My Career

My career has spanned various fields, including project management, ​communications, digital marketing, and operations. I’ve had the opportunity to ​work with startups, young companies, and entrepreneurial initiatives, playing key ​roles in building communities and launching successful projects.

In both leadership and administrative roles, I’ve streamlined operations, managed ​budgets, and maintained strong relationships with stakeholders, always focusing ​on driving growth and delivering results.

Recently, I completed two Bachelor’s degrees to expand my knowledge and refine ​my broad skill set. I’m continuously embracing learning and adaptability, ready to ​take on new challenges in business development, digital marketing, or operations.

In addition to producing or overseeing over 200 ​events, I’ve also personally hosted a lot of events ​and workshops and facilitated discussions, ​sharing my knowledge and engaging audiences. ​These experiences have enhanced my ability to ​lead projects while connecting with people and ​delivering value. My role goes beyond managing ​logistics—I foster collaboration and maintain a ​sharp focus on both strategy and execution.

As a skilled copywriter in English, Finnish, and Swedish, I ensure ​consistent and compelling messaging across platforms.

In addition to managing digital campaigns and social media, I’ve successfully overseen ​paid ad campaigns on various platforms, optimizing for reach and conversions. My ​branding experience includes working with small businesses to create cohesive brand ​identities, from logo design to developing brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
